Description

1. Application: This machine is suitable for filling and capping various flexible packaging bags with suction nozzles, such as beauty water, sports water, soybean milk, jelly, condiments and washing supplies, etc.

Working process: Manual bag hanging → automatic quantitative filling → automatic nitrogen filling (blowing) → automatic cleaning → automatic cap drop → automatic cap sorting → automatic capping → cap detection → automatic cap screwing → automatic bag return, except Except for manual bag hanging, the rest of the process is fully automated.

4. This machine adopts PLC control, man-machine interface operating system.

7. Cleaning part: It adopts V-shaped structure and sealed around for cleaning.

8. Cap drop part: automatic cap sorting and capping, and equipped with automatic detection function of caps to realize shutdown without caps.

9. Cap part: adopt frequency conversion speed regulation method, and use permanent magnetic force to transmit torque, so that the cap is properly tightened, and the tightness is adjusted according to the scale, which is convenient and quick to adjust.

10. The electrical part adopts Universal Motor's host motor, ABB motor, Siemens PLC, Siemens touch screen and Siemens frequency converter.

11. Airtac is used for pneumatic components, and some cylinders are Festo.
