The high-speed electric instant noodle cup sealing machine is an automatic sealing device designed for instant noodle cup(paper cup, plastic cups and other containers), mainly used for the rapid sealing process on instant noodle production lines. Its core function is to firmly combine the film material (such as aluminum foil, sheet film) at the cup mouth with the edge of the container through heating to ensure sealing and product hygiene.

High-speed automation
Adopting PLC control system, it can achieve high-speed sealing of 30-60 times per minute or 7,200 bowls per hour (Yijianuo's six-type sealing machine), which is suitable for large-scale production.
Supports continuous operation and can be linked with conveyor belts, filling machines and other equipment.
Targeted design
Container adaptation: Custom molds are made according to the shape (round, square) and material (paper, plastic) of instant noodle buckets to ensure smooth sealing without leakage.
Film material compatibility: Compatible with various materials such as aluminum foil film, PE film, composite film, etc. to meet different packaging needs.
Process stability
The sealing strength and appearance are guaranteed by accurately controlling the temperature (usually 150-200℃), pressure (3-5bar) and sealing time (0.5-2 seconds).
