1. Working Principle
Multi-head weighing
The equipment is equipped with multiple independent weighing units (such as 10 heads, 14 heads, 20 heads, etc.), which can quickly weigh granular and block materials at the same time, and achieve high-precision quantification through combined calculation (error is usually ≤±0.5%).
Applicable to materials with different densities and fluidity, such as nuts, candies, sauces, etc.
Automatic filling
The weighed materials are injected into the cup through the lower hopper or conveying pipeline. The filling method can be selected according to the characteristics of the material. Gravity, plunger or peristaltic pump.
Some models are equipped with photoelectric detection to ensure that no cup is not filled to avoid material waste.
Sealing process
Heat sealing technology: The cup mouth is fused with sealing materials such as aluminum foil and plastic film through heating elements (such as hot plates or ultrasonic waves) to form a seal.
Electromagnetic induction sealing: Electromagnetic induction is used to make the aluminum foil instantly heat up to achieve aseptic sealing, which is often used in medicine or high-demand food packaging.
Automated process
The whole process is coordinated by the PLC control system, including cup supply, filling, sealing, testing, discharging and other links, supporting parameter preset and real-time monitoring.
