Workflow of the water cup filling and sealing machine:
Automatic cup drop: When the equipment starts working, a stack of plastic cups is placed in the cup storage bin. Under the push of compressed air, the cup pusher cylinder and other devices automatically push the plastic cups one by one onto the cup rack, without manual intervention throughout the process, which is efficient and stable.
Precise filling: Pure water that has been strictly purified is stored in the storage cylinder. The filling system adopts piston quantitative filling technology, and the cylinder accurately controls the movement stroke of the piston, and the filling volume is flexibly adjusted through the valve. During the filling process, the non-contact filling method effectively avoids secondary pollution, ensuring that the filling volume of each cup of water is accurate and meets the production standards.
Reliable sealing: The cups that have completed filling enter the sealing stage. The sealing system adopts constant temperature hot pressing technology, and the sealing head is heated to a suitable temperature through the intelligent temperature control system, and the film covering the cup mouth is hot-pressed and sealed twice. This double sealing method makes the seal firm and extremely airtight, which can effectively prevent water leakage and external contaminants from entering, greatly extending the shelf life of cup water.
Coding (optional): If the equipment is equipped with a coding system, after the sealing is completed, important information such as production date, shelf life, batch, etc. will be automatically printed on the cup cover film, which is convenient for product quality traceability and management.
Film cutting: Using cold punching technology, the sealed film is cut according to a specific shape and size, and the cover film with an easy-to-tear edge is accurately cut out, which is convenient for consumers to open and use, while ensuring that the cut film edge is neat and beautiful.
Cup discharge: After the film is cut, the cup water is smoothly transported to the designated location through the cup discharge system, such as the product collection platform or the subsequent conveyor belt, so as to carry out subsequent boxing, handling and other operations.
