Structural composition:

Filling system: including hopper, conveying pump, metering device and filling head, etc., to achieve accurate filling of popping beads. Among them, the hopper is used to store the raw materials of popping beads, the conveying pump conveys the raw materials from the hopper to the filling head, the metering device controls the filling amount, and the filling head accurately injects the popping beads into the packaging container.
Sealing system: usually adopts constant temperature (intelligent temperature control) hot press sealing, the sealing head is copper or aluminum combination, easy to replace, and the sealing pressure is adjustable. In addition, it may also be equipped with a cooling device to quickly cool the sealing part after sealing to make the sealing more firm.
Control system: Programmable logic controller (PLC) is mostly used as the control core, equipped with a human-machine interface. Operators can set and adjust working parameters such as filling volume, sealing temperature, sealing time, production speed, etc. through touch screen or buttons. At the same time, it can also realize fault alarm, automatic shutdown and other functions, which is convenient for operation and maintenance.

Food industry: Mainly used for filling and sealing of popping balls in drinks such as milk tea, juice, yogurt, etc., and can also be used for small-dose packaging of foods such as jelly and pudding.
Pharmaceutical industry: Suitable for filling and sealing of some small pharmaceutical capsules or granules, such as health product capsules, Chinese medicine pills, etc.
